How We Got Here

We started in real estate in 2005, investing and building in a tough neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland, knowing way too little about the complicated transformation process. At first, we failed a lot. (Boy, do we have stories.) Then we adapted and adapted and adapted. We’ve learned from all those experiences and are not ashamed to share them all.

Over time, we've come to understand how things really work. We’ve built and implemented a structured framework for tackling real estate development and transformation. (We call it DevElements -- check it out). We use it for our clients as the foundation of our proprietary project management process, so you can avoid the unnecessary costs and heartache we endured. It’s not perfect, but it’s much, much better.

Here's the thing. We love real estate development and transformation. We revel in the thrill of BUILDING things -- making them better, making them new.
